Different Ways to Work Together

Whether you’re starting from scratch, coming back from injury, or looking to deepen your physical practice, all sessions, private or group, are built on the same foundation: awareness, mobility, technique, and progressive intensity.

Puschcamp — classes & services

1:1 Personal Training

The most direct way to work together.

We start with a full assessment: mobility, posture, pain patterns, history. From there, sessions are built specifically around what your body needs, not a generic program. It evolves with you. In person or online.

  • In person (Paris) or online
  • Technique-first, progressive intensity
  • Nervous system regulation & real-life movement patterns

What it can look like:

  • Rebuilding postural control

  • Unlocking shoulder or hip range

  • Working toward a skill like handstand, splits and more

Puschcamp WEEKLY TRAINING

Train together. Move intentionally.

Not a follow-along class. Puschcamp is a structured system where each session builds on the last, focusing on quality of movement over quantity. Small groups, so there's still room for individual feedback.

  • Mobility Class & Strength/Skill Class

  • Small groups to allow individual feedback

  • Takes place in various sports clubs across Paris
  • Also available at special events and pop-ups throughout the year

Who it’s for:

  • Movers who want more control and range

  • Athletes supplementing their training

  • Anyone looking for deeper, smarter bodywork

Online Programming

Structured training, wherever you are.

A fully personalised programme built around your goals, your schedule, and your body. Not a generic PDF. We assess, we build, we adjust. Sessions are designed for long-term progression, not quick fixes.

  • Rebalancing a stubborn lower back or chronic pain pattern
  • Building toward a specific skill: handstand, splits, active flexibility

  • Returning to training after an injury, a surgery, or a long break
