A Method Rooted in Experience
I don't believe in generic plans or one-size-fits-all routines.
Every body has a history. Injuries, compensations, things that stopped working without a clear reason. What I offer is a system that takes all of that seriously, and builds from there. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, recovering from injury, or trying to move better in a sport you already practice, we start where you actually are.
Puschcamp is the foundation of this approach.
A system born from years of trial, recovery, and a lot of personal reckoning with what the body actually needs. The best of everything I've learned, taught, and tested, distilled into something structured, yet flexible enough to meet each person where they are.
My work focuses on three areas:
Chronic Pain Management
Slow, intentional training that works with the nervous system, not against it.
For people dealing with sciatica, low back pain, postural discomfort, or that vague tightness that never fully goes away.
Postural Rebalancing
Micro-adjustments, decompression, and rebuilding strength where the body has stopped loading correctly.
The goal isn't aesthetics, though that tends to follow. It's alignment that holds.
Skill-Based Strength Training
Work borrowed from gymnastics preparation: handstands, active flexibility, strength at end range. Demanding, precise, and more transferable to everyday movement than most people expect.
Movement Is Visible. So Are the Results.
Progress photos, before/afters, session snapshots. Because what changes in the body shows. In how it looks, yes, but more in how it moves, how it holds itself, how it stops bracing against everything.
POSTURE GAINS
From hyperextended knees to grounded alignment. A subtle, long-term shift that changes everything: how you walk, how you stand, how you train.
Focus knee alignment, ribcage positioning, spinal decompression
SHOULDER MOBILITY BREAKTHROUGH
It took us time to find what worked for her, but here we are. One method doesn't fit all. That's not a limitation, it's the point. The effort to find the right path always pays off.
Focus shoulder opening, scapular freedom, nervous system reprogramming
FORWARD FOLD RECOVERY
Only 4 sessions. From pain and fear of movement to full range. Without forcing flexibility, just re-accessing it. Sometimes the body just needs permission.
Focus spinal decompression, hamstring release, breathing through limitation
THORACIC ROTATION GAINS
From stiff to fluid in 3 weeks. More space, more rotation, more control. He's back on his surfboard.
Focus spinal rotation, trunk mobility, control in end range
GETTING HER ABILITIES BACK
Léa is a dancer and osteopath, recovering from a painful disc herniation. When we started, she couldn't reach below her knees. Now her head touches them again, not because we worked on flexibility, but because we gave her body back its access to movement.
Focus fear release, decompression, trauma-informed mobility
SCAPULAR REINTEGRATION
Subtle but game-changing. Rebuilding shoulder control, repatterning the way the scapula supports upper-body strength. The kind of work that doesn't photograph dramatically, but that you feel in every push, every pull, every time you reach overhead without bracing.
Focus fear release, decompression, trauma-informed mobility
What This Work Feels Like
Clients often say it feels different from anything they've tried. That it's intense but slow. Technical but intuitive. That it makes them think.
But mostly: that they finally feel seen. And that their body finally feels understood.
